Kim Smith

Mrs. Kim has always loved dance from when she started Ballet classes to being on the Jazz Dance team for Bradford High School. From growing up a dancer to becoming a dance mom herself, Mrs. Kim has always loved dance which is what led to her dream of owning her very own dance studio.  She loves everything about her job, especially watching her dream grow and build year after year. Mrs. Kim loves what she does and wouldn't trade anything for the world.

Kennedy Smith

Miss Kennedy has been dancing since she was four years old. She began a competitive career at the age of seven and began teaching at the age of fourteen. The past three years of instructing have truly been some of the most memorable and amazing years. Kennedy loves each and every one of her students and is so invested in being the best teacher and role model she can be. Going into her senior year of high school while balancing her many passions and classes, Kennedy is thrilled to be able to share her passion for dance with others both on and offstage.

Derrick Searacy

Coach Derrick is 19 years old and from Union County. He is currently the Music Teacher and Theater Director at lake Butler Elementary School. Derrick has been performing since he was in the third grade in various musicals. Most notable he has been casted as the Genie from Aladdin and Lady Gaga and Katy Perry from the musical We Will Rock You. Derrick specializes in Hip Hop and Musical Theater. He is currently a member of the dance group DMK Dance where he has been dance captain since the groups creation six years ago. Derrick has helped teach dances for musicals like High School Musical and The Little Mermaid. Derrick's passion for dance and music is what drives him to share dance with the world one person at a time. 

Alex Chappell

Miss Alex was raised here in Bradford County. She danced and taught at Starke Academy of Dance for fifteen years. Alex has competed with the dance studio in many genres of dance for twelve years. After graduation high school, she attended Sante Fe College and was awarded a Fine Arts Scholarship to attain her A.A. Degree. She was a member of the college's Dance Theater for two years. During her time in college she has taken many classes with renowned artist, one of her most favorite was learning choreography from Nathanial aunt. Alex has also had the opportunity to attend ACDA which is a collegiate dance workshop and performance convention. She has learned repertoire from broadway shows and movies. Where she gained knowledge of creation dances to translate from studio to film or stage. Alex is experienced in Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Jazz and Improv Movement.
